Development professional and researcher with over two decades of experience in education governance, public policy, project management, and community development. His work is rooted in improving access, equity, and quality in education systems through policy advocacy, technology integration, capacity building, and institutional reform. Currently, He is leading Component 3 of the SELECT project at the School Education & Literacy Department (SELD), Government of Sindh, where he oversees the innovative Student Attendance Monitoring and Redress System (SAMRS) initiative aimed at reducing student dropout and enhancing school governance. He brings a multidisciplinary academic background with an MS in Project Management (SZABIST), MBA (University of Sindh), and B.E. in Civil Engineering (QUEST Nawabshah), along with extensive work experience with national and international development organizations such as the World Bank, USAID, Oxfam, and Creative Associates International. He is also a published researcher, media commentator, and alumnus of the U.S. Department of State’s International Visitors Leadership Program (IVLP).
