Shams Jafrani

Shams Jafrani is a retired civil servant. During his career spanning over thirty years, he held several important positions in different government departments. His experience covers public administration, municipal governance,cultural promotion, heritage, and policy implementation. Until recently, he was associated with the World Bank as Consultant/ Independent Observer for the Sindh Flood Emergency Rehabilitation Project. He has authored four books ,including his biography.
